Student interest in entrepreneurship is currently experiencing a significant increase,
which has the potential to have a positive impact on the local and national economy. To face
this development, it is important to have a solid base of business ideas in order to create young
entrepreneurs who have the potential to be strong and competitive. The main obstacle in this
case is maintaining consistency and designing a business strategy, which in the end can hinder
the development of new businesses. Therefore, the recommendation to overcome this problem
is to implement a technology business incubation model that prioritizes training and mentoring
for prospective young entrepreneurs. This approach is carried out by utilizing a sector-focused
incubator concept, which maximizes the utilization of resources such as students, physical
infrastructure and technology platforms. The target to be achieved is to encourage students to
have ideas and a strong entrepreneurial spirit in facing the digital business era. A total of 77
participants, consisting of students and alumni, have participated in the incubation selection
process. After selection, 6 students were finally selected who would become prospective young
entrepreneurs who were able to realize their business ideas through this incubation process. The
hope is that they will be successful in implementing their business strategy, which can be
measured based on the increase in the number of product sales after participating in incubation.
Quantitatively, this success can be identified through an increase in product sales turnover, with
an average of more than 50%, as well as achieving the final value of business efforts that
exceeds 70%
